The 4FT Architectural LED Linear Downlight 40-60W Suspended/Ceiling Mount is a sleek and versatile commercial lighting solution designed to deliver 100% downward illumination. Unlike Up & Down architectural linear fixtures, this model is specifically engineered as a downlight-only linear fixture, directing its light toward the space below with no upward light output.
This directional design makes it an excellent choice for offices, retail stores, conference rooms, educational facilities, supermarkets, galleries, studios, and other commercial interiors where efficient and focused downward lighting is preferred.
Selectable Wattage & CCT
Built for flexibility, the fixture features three selectable wattage settings: 40W, 50W, and 60W. This allows installers and facility managers to adjust the power level according to the illumination requirements of each project without needing different fixtures.
The integrated 3CCT selectable technology provides a choice between 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K, offering neutral to bright white illumination suitable for a variety of commercial environments. This flexibility makes the fixture adaptable to different interior styles, tasks, and lighting preferences.
Operating on a wide AC 100-277V input voltage, the linear downlight is suitable for a broad range of commercial electrical installations.
Downward-Only Directional Lighting
The defining feature of this architectural fixture is its downside-only light distribution. All illumination is projected downward through the lens, providing effective direct lighting over workspaces, counters, tables, circulation areas, and other surfaces below the fixture.
This fixture does not provide upward illumination. Its dedicated downward design makes it particularly suitable for projects where ceiling illumination is unnecessary and direct functional lighting is the priority.
Suspended & Linkable Design
For suspended installations, the fixture includes a 6.6 ft hanging cable, allowing the mounting height to be adapted to different ceiling conditions and architectural designs. Its slim, contemporary housing provides a clean appearance that complements modern commercial interiors.
The fixture also incorporates a linkable connector system, allowing multiple linear lights to be joined together to create continuous lighting runs. This feature is especially useful for larger offices, retail environments, galleries, supermarkets, educational spaces, and other projects requiring long, visually consistent lines of illumination.

• This warranty policy is valid only for products sold in The United States of America.
• Products have been purchased directly from a LEDRadiant (sales) organization. • Proof of purchase is available for inspection by LEDRadiant. • Products have been properly installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. • More than 10% of the LED chips are not properly working. • A LEDRadiant representative will have access to the defective Products. • If the Products or other parts become suspect, the representative shall have the right to invite other manufacturers’ representatives to evaluate the lighting systems. • Shipping and Labor costs for installation of the Products are not covered under this warranty. 5 YEAR WARRANTY POLICYFor Commercial LED Lamps and fixtures
This document sets forth the warranty policy of the LEDRadiant organization (‘LEDRadiant’) from which you (‘Purchaser’) purchase your commercial LED Lamps .
This policy is applicable only to LEDRadiant (‘Products’) described in the Warranty Certificate extended to the Purchaser along with the correlated invoice or the Certificate in the website page for the product being questioned.
This warranty policy is subject to the provisions as set forth herein and is subject to the terms and conditions as attached to this document (‘Warranty Terms and Conditions’) .
This warranty policy only applies if referred to in a sales agreement between LEDRadiant and the Purchaser and it will replace the standard warranty clause provided in the LEDRadiant general terms and conditions of sale.
Warranty period
5 Year. The warranty period starts on the date the products are delivered.
By default, purchaser receives above mentioned ‘standard warranty’.
On request, an ‘extended warranty’ or ‘customized project warranty’ can be agreed upon after evaluation of the specific application conditions. Extended warranty cost will be calculated and applied to the order.
Purchaser shall not rely upon any other information or documentation.
Within the warranty period, LEDRadiant will replace any defective bulb or fixture with equal or updated working model in the same conditions or better.
