The 4FT Architectural LED Linear Light Up & Down 20/30/40/50/60W 5CCT is a highly versatile architectural lighting solution designed for modern commercial and professional spaces. Combining contemporary aesthetics with customizable illumination, this fixture delivers both direct and indirect lighting while allowing precise control over how the light is distributed between the upper and lower sections.
One of its standout features is the five selectable Up & Down lighting distributions, providing exceptional flexibility for different environments and design requirements. Users can select 100% Up / 0% Down, 70% Up / 30% Down, 50% Up / 50% Down, 30% Up / 70% Down, or 0% Up / 100% Down. This makes it possible to create anything from soft indirect ceiling illumination to powerful downward task lighting—or a balanced combination of both.
The fixture also offers adjustable wattage from 20W to 60W and delivers an efficient 130 lumens per watt, helping achieve excellent illumination while maintaining energy efficiency. Its 5CCT selectable technology provides 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K, and 6500K color temperature options. Even better, the Up and Down light CCT can be controlled individually, providing additional flexibility when designing layered lighting environments.
Operating on 120-277V with 0-10V dimming, this architectural linear fixture integrates easily into a wide range of commercial electrical systems and allows smooth adjustment of light output.
Flexible & Seamless Architectural Installations
Designed for creative architectural layouts, the fixture can be seamlessly linked with up to 7 fixtures without visible joint spots. Multiple configurations are possible using straight, X-shape, L-shape, and + shape connections, making it ideal for custom lighting designs in large or open spaces.
Installation options include pendant mounting, surface mounting, and wall mounting, allowing the same fixture platform to adapt to different architectural requirements. The light includes a canopy holder, linkable kit, and hanging chain for convenient installation.
The standard finish is black, with white and silver finishes available as optional choices. Motion sensor and emergency battery options are also available for projects requiring additional functionality.

• This warranty policy is valid only for products sold in The United States of America.
• Products have been purchased directly from a LEDRadiant (sales) organization. • Proof of purchase is available for inspection by LEDRadiant. • Products have been properly installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. • More than 10% of the LED chips are not properly working. • A LEDRadiant representative will have access to the defective Products. • If the Products or other parts become suspect, the representative shall have the right to invite other manufacturers’ representatives to evaluate the lighting systems. • Shipping and Labor costs for installation of the Products are not covered under this warranty. 5 YEAR WARRANTY POLICYFor Commercial LED Lamps and fixtures
This document sets forth the warranty policy of the LEDRadiant organization (‘LEDRadiant’) from which you (‘Purchaser’) purchase your commercial LED Lamps .
This policy is applicable only to LEDRadiant (‘Products’) described in the Warranty Certificate extended to the Purchaser along with the correlated invoice or the Certificate in the website page for the product being questioned.
This warranty policy is subject to the provisions as set forth herein and is subject to the terms and conditions as attached to this document (‘Warranty Terms and Conditions’) .
This warranty policy only applies if referred to in a sales agreement between LEDRadiant and the Purchaser and it will replace the standard warranty clause provided in the LEDRadiant general terms and conditions of sale.
Warranty period
5 Year. The warranty period starts on the date the products are delivered.
By default, purchaser receives above mentioned ‘standard warranty’.
On request, an ‘extended warranty’ or ‘customized project warranty’ can be agreed upon after evaluation of the specific application conditions. Extended warranty cost will be calculated and applied to the order.
Purchaser shall not rely upon any other information or documentation.
Within the warranty period, LEDRadiant will replace any defective bulb or fixture with equal or updated working model in the same conditions or better.
