PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING INSTALLATION - To prevent personal injury or product damage only licensed electricians should install. MOUNTING TO A WALL 1. Orient Wall Mount Box such that TOP is pointing up. 
ON-OFF WIRING Universal voltage driver permits operation at 120V to 277VAC, 50 or 60 Hz except fixtures factory ordered with a 120V swivel photocell (/PCS) or 277V swivel photocell (/PCS2) or 480V swivel photocell (/PCS4).Units ordered with (/480V) suffix are 480V. 1. Connect the BLACK fixture lead to the (+) LINE supply lead.  0-10V DIMMABLE WIRING Universal voltage driver permits operation at 120V thru 277V, 50 or 60 Hz. For 0-10V Dimming, follow the wiring directions as in fig. 2. 1. Connect the black fixture lead to the (+) LINE supply lead.  PHOTOCELL INSTALLATION Photocell may be installed in the field. Apply weatherproof silicone sealant to all plugs and unused conduit entries. 1. Remove close up plug on top of the wall mounting box.  TROUBLESHOOTING 1. Check that the line voltage at the fixture is correct. Refer to wiring directions. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE CAUTION: Be sure fixture temperature is cool enough to touch. Do not clean or maintain while fixture is energized. 1. Clean glass lens with non-abrasive glass cleaning solution. Save the environment, your children and the planet

For Commercial LED Lamps and fixtures
• This warranty policy is valid only for products sold in The United States of America.
• Products have been purchased directly from a LEDRadiant (sales) organization. • Proof of purchase is available for inspection by LEDRadiant. • Products have been properly installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. • More than 10% of the LED chips are not properly working. • A LEDRadiant representative will have access to the defective Products. • If the Products or other parts become suspect, the representative shall have the right to invite other manufacturers’ representatives to evaluate the lighting systems. • Shipping and Labor costs for installation of the Products are not covered under this warranty. - To prevent personal injury or product damage only licensed electricians should install.
- To avoid electric shock or component damage disconnect power before attempting installation or servicing.
- This product must be installed in accordance with the national electric cede (NEG) and all applicable federal, state and local electric codes and safety standards.
- Disconnect product and allow cooling prior to servicing.
- Any alteration or modification of this product is expressly forbidden as it may cause serious personal injury, death, property damage and/or product malfunction.
- To prevent product malfunction and/or electrical shock this product must be properly grounded.
- This luminaire is designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to 45°C and to be horizontally mounted with the LEDs facing down.
- Wall mount only.
MOUNTING TO A WALL
1. Orient Wall Mount Box such that TOP is pointing up.
2. Feed supply wires through Wall Mount Box Gasket into Wall Mount Box through Silicone Wiring Plug, if not using conduit/ connectors.
3. Secure Wall Mount Box to a sturdy mounting surface. Use appropriate mounting hardware such as lag bolts and anchors with washers suitable for the mounting surface. A Leveling Bubble is provided to level fixture.
4. Silicone around the edge of Wall Mount Box Gasket and/ or junction box.
S. Check that Gasket is fully sealed.
6. Slide the stainless steel Tether from the fixture into the Key Hole Slot for hands free wiring.
7. Wire the fixture using UL listed wire connectors according to NEC and local codes.
8. Place wired fixture over the Wall Mount Box and tighten the Top Screws. Then tighten the Lower Screws.
9. Tighten Close up Plugs and apply weatherproof silicone sealant to all unused conduit entry points.

1. Connect the BLACK fixture lead to the (+) LINE supply lead.
2. Connect the WHITE fixture lead to the (-) COMMON supply lead.
3. Connect the bare copper Ground wire from fixture to supply ground.
0-10V DIMMABLE WIRING
Universal voltage driver permits operation at 120V thru 277V, 50 or 60 Hz. For 0-10V Dimming, follow the wiring directions as in fig. 2.
1. Connect the black fixture lead to the (+) LINE supply lead.
2. Connect the white fixture lead to the (-) COMMON supply lead.
3. Connect the GROUND wire from fixture to supply ground. Do NOT connect the GROUND of the dimming fixture to the output
4. Connect the purple fixture lead to the (V+) DIM lead.
5. Connect the gray fixture lead to the (V-) DIM lead.
6. Cap the yellow fixture lead, if present. Do NOT connect.PHOTOCELL INSTALLATION
Photocell may be installed in the field. Apply weatherproof silicone sealant to all plugs and unused conduit entries.
1. Remove close up plug on top of the wall mounting box.
2. Install photocell and wire as per diagram.
3. Use photocell rated for your supply voltage.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Check that the line voltage at the fixture is correct. Refer to wiring directions.
2. Is the fixture grounded properly?
3. Be sure the photocell, if used, is functioning properly.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: Be sure fixture temperature is cool enough to touch. Do not clean or maintain while fixture is energized.
1. Clean glass lens with non-abrasive glass cleaning solution.
2. Do not open the fixture to clean the LED. Do not touch the LED.

5 YEAR WARRANTY POLICYFor Commercial LED Lamps and fixtures
This document sets forth the warranty policy of the LEDRadiant organization (‘LEDRadiant’) from which you (‘Purchaser’) purchase your commercial LED Lamps .
This policy is applicable only to LEDRadiant (‘Products’) described in the Warranty Certificate extended to the Purchaser along with the correlated invoice or the Certificate in the website page for the product being questioned.
This warranty policy is subject to the provisions as set forth herein and is subject to the terms and conditions as attached to this document (‘Warranty Terms and Conditions’) .
This warranty policy only applies if referred to in a sales agreement between LEDRadiant and the Purchaser and it will replace the standard warranty clause provided in the LEDRadiant general terms and conditions of sale.
Warranty period
5 Year. The warranty period starts on the date the products are delivered.
By default, purchaser receives above mentioned ‘standard warranty’.
On request, an ‘extended warranty’ or ‘customized project warranty’ can be agreed upon after evaluation of the specific application conditions. Extended warranty cost will be calculated and applied to the order.
Purchaser shall not rely upon any other information or documentation.
Within the warranty period, LEDRadiant will replace any defective bulb or fixture with equal or updated working model in the same conditions or better.
Summary Warranty Terms and Conditions (non-exhaustive)• This warranty policy is valid only for products sold in The United States of America.
