- We are in the Hospitality Business Management so we replaced all the entrances and garage areas with these 40watt canopies with motion sensor, very bright light like daylight, easy to install, saving big in power bill and $0 in maintenance. One thing we have noticed is that due to the motion sensors we now know where people are moving.
